Products & artworks

All artworks presented on this website are handmade and unique. Small variations in color, texture, or composition are part of the creative process and do not constitute defects.

Product images are representative but may vary slightly from the final piece received.

Orders & payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. By ESSY reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time if necessary.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping is currently available within the Netherlands only. Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs are described in the Shipping Policy.

By ESSY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of the artworks, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to the Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, texts, designs, and artworks, is the property of By ESSY and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Liability

By ESSY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of artworks, except where required by law.

All artworks should be handled with care. By ESSY is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
