Due to the nature of the artworks created By ESSY, all sales are final.

Each piece is handcrafted, unique, and made with great care. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged items

All artworks are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@byessy.com , including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the artwork

  • Photos of the packaging

Each case is reviewed individually. If damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, an appropriate solution will be discussed.

Custom & made-to-order pieces

Custom pieces and made-to-order artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable.

These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or replaced.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

By ESSY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
